What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Upon receiving your package, inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the box or packaging, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you can't open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspected damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to support@majesticbounce.com , and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, usually within 5 business day.
