Return Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
Eligible for a Return: Your item must be in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Important Note: We do not take returns for custom-made products.
Return Process: To start a return, please email us at support@majesticbounce.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Cost: We'll cover the return shipping costs if your item needs to be fixed or corrected. If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you must cover the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Upon receiving your package, inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the box or packaging, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you can't open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspected damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to support@majesticbounce.com , and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, usually within 5 business day.
