What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If you can't open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspected damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to support@majesticbounce.com , and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, usually within 5 business day.
